Reservation

You can make your reservation by phone or e-mail.
To confirm your reservation you must prepay an amount equal to 20% of the total cost of your stay, to a bank of our company or with your credit card.

If canceled 21 days prior to arrival will be refunded entire amount of deposit.
For cancellations from 7 to 21 days before arrival will be refunded 50% of deposit.
If canceled 1-7 days before your arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of non show will be charged the total amount of your booking.
In case of special offer the total amount is not refundable.

The day of arrival is considered as a whole to the rent, regardless of your arrival time.
Check in: 14:00 – 00:00
(If you arrive earlier and your room is ready you can check in)
Check out: until 12:00
Reception: 08:00 – 00:00
Early check in:after consultation with the reservation department for availability and free of charge.
Late check out:After consultation with the reservation department for availability, to stay until 18:00 costs equal to 50% of the value of the room, while to stay beyond 18:00 the charge is equal to 100% of the room value.
For your convenience, if you are going to arrive too early or too late, we advise you to inform us in advance.

Children up to 2 years stay free in baby park.
Children over 2 years and adults staying in bed or sofa with extra charge in the value of the room.
Because all of our rooms contain double beds, for your convenience, in the case of children or adult in the room, let us know early enough to suggest the most appropriate room for your case.
Pets are not allowed.
The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the residences.
